Welcome to Modern Rugged Leather. These terms explain the conditions for using our website and purchasing our products.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before making a purchase.

1. General Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website and make purchases.

You may not use our website or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and Pricing

Products are subject to availability. We may modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout applies when you place your order.

3. Ordering and Payment

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact, billing, and shipping information.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel it. If you no longer want an item, please follow our Returns & Warranty policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Specialty items may require additional processing or production time.

New orders ship free within the United States. After shipment, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days.

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Applicable customs duties and fees are included in the item price or applied at checkout, depending on the destination country.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and customs processing may affect arrival times. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact customerservice@modernrugged.com so we can review the issue.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Warranty policy.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging included.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

To request a return, email customerservice@modernrugged.com before sending your item. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

To exchange an item, return your original purchase according to our policy and place a new order for the item you prefer.

6. Warranty

Our warranty covers defects in stitching and hardware for the usable life of the leather. Coverage stays with the bag when it passes to a new owner.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, and accidental damage are not covered. Natural creasing, softening, surface scuffs, and changes in color or sheen are not defects by themselves.

7. Privacy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for information about how your data is handled.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, photographs, logos, and designs, belongs to Modern Rugged Leather or its respective content owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Alabama. Disputes arising from or relating to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alabama.
