Shipping Origin & Carriers

Orders ship from 7538 Stemley Bridge Rd, Talladega, AL 35160, United States.

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier and service depend on your destination and shipment. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

United States Shipping

New orders ship free to destinations within the United States.

Free shipping on new orders is separate from return and warranty shipping costs.

International Shipping

International shipping rates depend on the destination country. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Applicable customs duties and fees are included in the item price or applied at checkout, depending on the destination country.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Specialty items may require additional processing or production time.

After shipment, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and customs processing may affect arrival times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Addresses

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact customerservice@modernrugged.com as soon as possible. We will review whether the address can still be corrected before shipment.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact customerservice@modernrugged.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

For damaged deliveries, keep the packaging and take clear photos of both the package and its contents so the issue can be reviewed.

Optional Shipping Protection

If Route Package Protection is offered at checkout, you may choose whether to add it to your order. Its price and coverage terms are provided separately.

Returns and Warranty Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping under our 30-day return policy.

For warranty claims, customers pay shipping to Modern Rugged if a return is required. A $5 shipping fee applies to warranty replacements sent within the United States. International replacement shipping fees vary by destination.

For repaired items, any applicable return shipping charge will be confirmed during the claim process.
