Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be in original condition (unused and undamaged)

  • All original packaging should be included

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order.

 

 

Warranty

Our gear is made to handle real use. We stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty against defects in stitching and hardware .

If your item has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it.

Warranty Details:

  • Covers defects in materials or workmanship

  • Does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage

Warranty Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us

  • We’ll take care of the rest
