Our warranty covers defects in stitching and hardware for the usable life of the leather.

Stitching: defects in seams and stitched attachment points.

Hardware: defects in buckles, zippers, studs, and other metal fittings.

Coverage Stays With the Bag
The warranty follows the bag, even when it passes to a new owner. Its coverage continues for the usable life of the leather, rather than ending with the original owner.
Use it, travel with it, and pass it along. The stitching and hardware remain covered against defects under the same terms.
Character Comes With Use
Natural creases, surface scratches, color changes, and patina are part of using leather. These changes are not defects.
The leather may look different after years of carrying it. That is part of what makes the bag yours.
Warranty Shipping
If a return is required, customers pay shipping to Modern Rugged. Please contact us before sending an item.
A $5 shipping fee applies to warranty replacements sent within the United States. International replacement shipping fees vary by destination.
For repaired items, any applicable return shipping charge will be confirmed during the claim process.
